About the role
Work directly with Mojay Holding’s CFO on budgeting, portfolio reporting, financial planning and controls. You’ll help build reliable, repeatable finance operations across a multi-subsidiary group.
What you’ll do
Management reporting: Support monthly closes and consolidated management packs (performance vs. budget, variance analysis, cash runway).
Budgeting & forecasting: Assist with H2/FY budgets, scenario modeling, and sensitivity checks (Sheets/Excel).
Financial planning: Build and maintain the rolling 12–24-month forecast (revenue, OPEX/CAPEX, cash flow), including scenario modeling and variance analysis to inform budget updates and capital allocation.
Controls & compliance: Help maintain documentation for audits, approvals, and policy adherence (DIFC context).
KPI analytics: Track portfolio-level financial KPIs; build simple dashboards (Sheets/Looker Studio/Slides).
Vendor & spend reviews: Support spend categorization, contract registers, and savings opportunities; maintain an obligations calendar.
Data hygiene: Reconcile inputs, clean datasets, and standardize templates across portfolio companies.
What you’ll bring
Final-year or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, basic modeling); exposure to management reporting.
Clear communicator; structured writer with attention to detail.
Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
Bonus: PowerQuery, basic SQL/GAS; experience with BI (Looker Studio/Power BI).

Eligibility
Work authorization: Must have UAE right to work or be eligible for internship sponsorship.

KPIs for success
Zero-defect recurring finance pack delivered by SLA.
Reconciliation completeness ≥99%; data issues documented and resolved within agreed TAT.
At least one process improvement (template/automation) adopted by the CFO team.
